What added value do I get from InternationalTalents@THMprofession?
The “InternationalTalents@THMprofession” programme offers you a comprehensive range of consulting and coaching. All you need to participate is time and motivation. In an initial conversation, we determine your individual profile and determine the next steps together. The target agreement includes, among other things, consultation appointments and participation in workshops for your career preparation. This way you can expand your portfolio in a targeted manner. Together we look for suitable offers and stay in touch as part of the coaching. At the end of the semester you will receive confirmation of your interdisciplinary commitment.

Workshops | Modules | Events: There is a large pool of interesting things at the THM Calendar of events to select. Participation in modules, block events, workshops, information sessions, trade fairs, conferences and network meetings increases your chances of success on the German job market. Existing offers are constantly being developed further in cooperation with internal partners - the language center, university library , the central students advisory service - and external partners - the university team of the Federal Employment Agency, STUBE Hessen.

Feedback & reflection: How has it gone so far? What should happen next? What did you like, what is still missing? In the second conversation, we reflect on the events you have already attended, clarify any open questions and plan your next steps.
Portfolio: You attended events and took part in consultations. Your portfolio documents your commitment and contains a meaningful template for your application documents.
