In an initial conversation, we determine your individual profile and plan the next steps together.
What added value do I get from InternationalTalents@THMstudies?
Studying at THM is much more than just math: project work, protocols and presentations are just as much a part of your studies as subject-specific fundamentals. Therefore, writing and communication skills, foreign languages, self-organization and German as a technical language play an important role in your academic success. There is a wide range of opportunities within the university to expand your interdisciplinary skills. As part of the programme, you will attend events and workshops for your personal development. Together we will see what is right for you and stay in touch as part of the coaching. At the end of the semester you will receive confirmation of your interdisciplinary commitment.

Process InternationalTalents@THMstudies
Initial discussion & target agreement: Welcome to the InternationalTalents@THMstudies coaching programme! In the first personal conversation, we get to know each other and discuss your individual concerns. What do you want to achieve? Together we will work out your next steps and record them in writing in the target agreement.
Workshops & Modules: Over the course of the semester, you will choose at least three different workshops and/or modules that will bring you closer to your personal goal. You decide for yourself which events you want to attend and collect the certificates of participation in your portfolio.
Reflection & Feedback: How has it gone so far? What should happen next? What did you like, what is still missing? In the second conversation, we reflect on the events you have already attended, clarify any open questions and plan your next steps.
Final discussion: Congratulations, you have successfully completed the InternationalTalents@THMstudies coaching programme. At the final interview you will receive a certificate confirming your interdisciplinary commitment.
