Here's how coaching works:
Coaching is targeted, time-limited, and individually tailored support for your career entry. In personal sessions, you define your career goals, and together we examine your current job search situation.
The four phases of the coaching program:

How much time will I need to invest?
- Initial consultation: Start and goal setting (approx. 45 min.)
- Reflection discussion: status check (approx. 45 min.)
- Final discussion: Review and new perspectives (approx. 30 min.)
The time you need for each step towards your goal varies depending on your personal situation. In our initial consultation, we'll clarify your needs and how much time you're willing to invest.
Experiences of previous participants:
Our participants were able to further develop their learning strategies, improve their academic performance and find a reasonable balance between studies and everyday life.
Experiences of previous participants:
Our participants were able to realistically formulate their career goals and found a working student position or an internship (also for their thesis). They attended thematic workshops, events and networking opportunities and were able to hold their own in job interviews and at career fairs.

You can participate in the coaching program again in the next semester or at a later date. After your participation, you will become part of our InternationalTalents@THMunite, stay informed, and benefit from events and activities.
