Here's how coaching works:
Coaching is targeted, time-limited, and individually tailored support for your academic success. In personal sessions, we examine your current situation and work together to develop solutions and new ideas.

The four phases of the coaching program:

The time you need for each step towards your goal varies depending on your personal situation. In our initial consultation, we'll clarify your needs and how much time you're willing to invest. 

Experiences of previous participants:
Our participants were able to further develop their learning strategies, improve their academic performance and find a reasonable balance between studies and everyday life.

Your advantage:
At the end of the semester you will receive a certificate of your extracurricular activities – a valuable benefit for job applications or scholarships!

You can participate in the coaching program again next semester or at a later date. After your participation, you will become part of our InternationalTalents@THMunite, stay informed, and benefit from events and activities.
