The path from freedom of research to a free market economy
This workshop deals with the complex topics of founding a company in a practical way. Among other things, the motivation for starting a business, the type of start-up and possible paths to starting a business are shown with the help of a simple self-assessment method. In addition to the problem-solving-oriented product base, a first business model for your own business idea is outlined using the so-called canvas business modeling method as the basis for further planning. Finally, possible financing and funding options are discussed.

The business sponsors are former specialists and managers from industry, trade and the service sector. They provide voluntary advice on setting up a business, company succession or takeover, or on the further development of companies.
Wolfram Koslowski was a co-partner and managing director of CCP Software GmbH in Marburg for 15 years, responsible for marketing and sales as well as business development and business partner management. Before that he worked for many years as a management consultant for organization and IT in Germany and Switzerland.
