THINK Summits
The summits offer participants a platform to quickly learn about key areas for innovative business ideas and develop their own. A structured approach teaches methods and techniques for creating innovations that address current problems with creative solutions. The focus is on creative design thinking to develop innovative solutions that meet market needs. The summits then focus on further developing existing innovations and elaborating creative solutions to problems. Targeted methods are used to validate these ideas by defining target groups and conducting thorough market analyses. Participants learn how to build, develop, and successfully validate innovations in the market.
The THINK Summits Idea Arena is a format for presenting very young ideas, even before a complete business concept has been developed. The focus is solely on the potential of the ideas, enabling their further development and providing valuable feedback from an expert jury. Ultimately, it serves as a springboard for developing an idea into a business case and later pitching at THM IDEECO.
THM IDEECO
After a pre-selection process, the ideas are presented to the jury in the final pitch round. Each pitch is followed by a short Q&A session with the jury, which, like the pitch itself, is factored into the evaluation.
At this event, you can make important contacts in academia, business, and with potential investors. You'll also receive valuable feedback on your ideas from other teams, startup consultants, and the audience, which will positively boost your motivation. The prizes can often cover additional aspects of your startup financing and provide access to valuable advice. You'll also receive free publicity for your project/company, and the increased publicity will give winners access to new forms of startup financing. Overall, participating in competitions propels your projects forward and fosters your entrepreneurial spirit.
Founding meeting Giessen
The Giessen Founders' Roundtable is an initiative of THINK, the ECM of JLU, the Giessen Technology and Innovation Center (TIG), the Giessen -Friedberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the economic development agencies of the city and district Giessen , and the Region Giessen erLand eV association. Its aim is to provide the regional business community with a forum for regular exchange and thus further expand the support structures for founders in the Central Hesse region
Interested individuals meet on the second Wednesday of the month, usually at MAGIE - Makerspace Giessen to get to know each other, network and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere with changing, interesting guests.
