Mentoring Hessen – a programme of all Hessian universities and universities of applied sciences – supports women on their career path in leadership positions in science, business, science management and administration and offers mentoring for various target groups:

• ProCareer.MINT
  for female students in STEM subjects (for 12 months).
  Applications are accepted online annually from October 1st to December 1st.
• ProCareer.Doc
  for doctoral candidates and early postdocs of all disciplines (for 12 months)
  . Applications are accepted online annually from October 1st to December 1st.
• ProAcademia
  for early postdocs and advanced doctoral students aiming for a career in science (for 18 months).
  Applications are accepted every two years from October 1st to December 1st.
• Pro-Professorship
  for advanced postdocs, habilitation candidates, private lecturers, junior professors, junior group leaders with the aim of a university or university of applied sciences professorship (for 18 months)
  . Applications are possible every two years from October 1st to December 15th.

 The information sessions on this topic will take place online in November.

The programs start in June.
