Quality management for students
In quality management, the quality of value creation processes is paramount. Their optimization is seen as an essential prerequisite for success in the national and international market. Only those who are able to quickly implement and reliably meet new requirements in such an environment will be able to hold their own in the future. Smooth processes and satisfied customers guarantee a company's success. A well-functioning quality management system is a key factor in continuously identifying potential improvements and integrating them into processes.
This offer is aimed at students of all Degree Courses .
Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Quality Management course (5 ECTS credits).

REFA - Basic Training 2.0
The REFA Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting science and education in the fields of work design, business organization, and corporate development. Students at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen can complete the REFA Basic Training 2.0, newly developed in 2013. The REFA method is standardized to ensure uniformity in training and its content is aligned with current practical requirements.

Colloquium Business Information Systems
The colloquium “Current Topics in Business Information Systems” takes place every winter semester. Speakers from the field give presentations on current and interesting topics.
The event is open to the public and will be announced in the press.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is not required.

Friedberg Learning Center
The learning center offers support for subjects in the first two semesters of all Friedberg Degree Courses .

Astronomy and Astrophysics
Based on current events in the near and distant cosmos, the programme includes introductory topics in the fundamentals of astronomy as well as the treatment of challenging astrophysical questions. The course is open to students of all Degree Courses and to auditors.

Tutor programme
The tutoring program offered by the Center for Cooperative Teaching and Learning (ZekoLL) is aimed at all tutors involved in teaching, as well as interested students, and prepares them for their tutoring activities.
