"The creative universe - natural science and spirituality in dialogue" is the title of a film that will be shown on Friday, November 11th at the TH Mittelhessen in Friedberg.
Filmmaker Rüdiger Sünner (Berlin), who will be present at the screening, addresses in his work the problematic relationship between the scientific explanation of the world and worldviews that are shaped by religion, esotericism and mysticism. He asks: "Are we living in a kind of cultural schizophrenia where people publicly profess the theory of evolution but privately prefer to believe in angels, shamans, gods and spirits?"
The event is supported by the association of friends and sponsors of the Technical University in Friedberg, the library there as well as the mathematics, natural sciences and data processing Department .
The demonstration begins at 5.30 p.m. in the new building of the THM (room H01/02) in Friedberg. All interested are welcome. Group visits are requested to register at the following address: This email address is being protected from spam bots! To display JavaScript must be turned on! .
