The information event on studying abroad last autumn was well attended.Where can I complete my semester abroad? When do I apply? What scholarships are there? How do I find an internship abroad? Can I take part in an international summer school?

Answers to such questions can be found at the information days at the Giessen -Friedberg University of Applied Sciences, which the university's International Office is offering as part of the nationwide "Go Out" campaign on Wednesday and Thursday, April 7 and 8. Cooperation partners are the Federal Employment Agency and "GOstralia," the official representative of Australian universities in Germany.

In the foyers of the FH in Giessen (April 7, Building A) and Friedberg (April 8, Building C), the university will provide information about studying abroad at stands from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Lecture programmes will explore specific topics in more depth. GOstralia will promote "Studying in Australia and New Zealand" (April 7, 1:15 p.m. in Giessen ; April 8, 1:15 p.m. in Friedberg). "Internships Abroad: Experiences, Scholarships, Placement" will be presented on April 7 at 2:00 p.m. in Giessen and the following day at the same time in Friedberg. The final event will be devoted to "Semester Abroad" (April 7, 3:45 p.m. in Giessen ; April 8, 3:45 p.m. in Friedberg).
