The exhibition "Color Rush" at the University of Applied Sciences in Friedberg ends on Friday, January 29th with a public finissage. The painter and sculptor Gabriele Heinz from Butzbach will then hand over her 15 square meter painting, which she has created on campus over the past few months, to the university.
As part of the hitherto unique art campaign, Gabriele Heinz has been working on her picture project “Color Rush” since October while the Friedberg university was still running. Students and employees, but also those interested in art who do not belong to the University of Applied Sciences, were given the opportunity to experience the painter's creative process. The exhibition on the FH grounds, which was open at the same time, gave insights into her range of works.
In addition to the artist and representatives of the University of Applied Sciences, Norbert Kartmann, President of the Hessian State Parliament, will also contribute a welcoming address to the finissage programme. The entire campaign is supported by the association of “Friends and Sponsors of the University of Applied Sciences in Friedberg”. The final event begins at 6 p.m. on the first floor of the new university building (Building H, Wilhelm-Leuschner-Straße 10). All interested are welcome.
