How much artificial intelligence is your coaching or training work?
- Which AI tools help today with analysis, reflection or preparation in coaching?
- How does the role of the coach change when AI delivers content or evaluates feedback?
- What does humans win - and what may be lost when machines are involved?
Exchange yourself with other coaches, trainers: inside and managers How AI as a silent partner can be used in a sensible manner in the coaching process - without replacing the interpersonal.
This open exchange format focuses on experiences, questions and perspectives: from AI supported conversation to the learning course and personalized training input. - I'm not a AI expert-but I am happy to set the framework for honest, inspiring dialogue.
Our volunteer event series serves one purpose social purpose and supports that Hospice House Emmaus, because saying goodbye is part of the school of life! - If you like the events, you can support the hospice here: https://hospiz-mittelhessen.de/
