The THM directed the 4. THM-Energie and Sustainability Day at the June 25, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Campus - Gießen out of. The energy and sustainability day is accompanied by partners of the university. In addition to the diverse exhibition and hands-on offers and catering stands, a programme is provided on stage. We cordially invite all members of the university and the public to this event.

In its university strategy, the THM has set itself the goal of permanently anchoring sustainability in the central performance dimensions of the university - study & teaching, research, transfer, university and governance. The energy and sustainability day- as well as the recently published, first wants to Sustainability report - show how sustainability is already being lived on the THM and where it is to be expanded further.

In addition to the Department , Centres of Competence and Organizational Units of the THM , in particular, we also want to address companies and craft businesses from the region, e.g. B. as an exhibitor with their sustainability activities and offers. Projects, clubs, initiatives that work for sustainability are also invited to present themselves.
