Operational integration management
Since May 1, 2004, every employer has been obliged to implement company integration management (BEM).
Imagine being absent from work for several weeks due to an accident or illness. You may be unsure whether you can return to work without major problems. In this case, the BEM is intended to make it easier for you to return to work.
Even if you often have to miss a day due to a chronic illness, the BEM can help you analyze the effects of work on your health and take steps to improve your health.
The trigger for us to contact you is the total of 30 days of absence from work (AU) within a period of 12 months. The employer must comply with this legal requirement and offer those affected a voluntary BEM. Of course, those affected can contact the BEM representatives before this legal limit is reached in order to initiate the desired measures as early as possible.
Do you have any questions about BEM? Then talk to us, your BEM team.
