Our tasks: Representation of the interests of severely disabled employees according to the Social Code Book IX (SGB IX) at all locations of the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen , including the “Studium Plus” locations.

• Participation, advice and opinion in recruitment and appointment procedures
• Participation in committees and working groups
• Advice and support for our colleagues in the workplace
• Guidance on the recognition of disabilities (application, objection, identification, compensation for disadvantages, equality)
• Support for reintegration at work after illness or rehabilitation
• Information about internal and external offers of help
• Mediation of external offers of help
