The maintenance cleaning At the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen provider was put out to date on April 1st, 2025 and to the service provider Klüh Cleaning GmbH . Maintenance cleaning is repetitive cleaning work at specified intervals.

The intervals at which a room is cleaned depend on the type of room and can be found in the respective specifications:

Cleaning times at THM Gießen:

In the morning from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m
In the afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m

The THM does not reduce the cleaning cycle between the lecture period and the lecture-free period although fewer people are present. The cleaning cycle is only adjusted to reduced use during the summer semester break.
