In the next few years, new buildings with a total floor space of 14,500 m² will be built in Gießen and Friedberg. In close coordination with all those involved, the construction management represents in particular all user and operator concerns. Our goal is to construct buildings that, after completion, function well in terms of quality, design and technology, taking into account energy aspects and accessibility in daily use for studies, teaching, research and administration.

The area of ​​responsibility of the construction management mainly includes project controlling and coordinating support of the planning and execution phase of the major construction measures. With regard to the concerns of the THM , the projects are accompanied throughout all service phases of the HOAI.
