In the coming years, new buildings with a total usable space of 14,500 m² will be constructed in Giessen and Friedberg. In close coordination with all stakeholders, the construction management team represents all user and operator interests. Our goal is to construct buildings that, upon completion, will function well in daily operations for study, teaching, research, and administration in terms of quality, design, and technology, while taking energy efficiency and accessibility into account.

The area of ​​responsibility of the construction management mainly includes project controlling and coordinating support of the planning and execution phase of the major construction measures. With regard to the concerns of the THM , the projects are accompanied throughout all service phases of the HOAI.
