ProTHM talent promotion programme for female students
As part of the ProTHM talent promotion programme Female students from the Bachelor and Master degree courses at the THM gain valuable insights into a career as a HAW professor and top positions in business. The year-long programme includes Information events, discussion rounds and networking events. Among other things, the participants are given the opportunity to ask the President of the THM their questions in a Q&A round and to get an insight into the everyday life of a research assistant and doctoral student at the THM . Furthermore, the exchange between the students of different Department should be stimulated by networking events. The aim of the programme is to encourage students using Role Models and the provision of information on a scientific career as a HAW professor.
The Selection of the participants takes place every year by the Department E. After the winter semester has expired, each Department has the opportunity to nominate the programme for the programme through special achievements or commitment. Participation is only possible in the Bachelor after the end of the 3rd/4th semester. From the summer semester 2024, students can also apply directly to the project team for a limited number of places.
After successful participation in the programme, there is the possibility of receiving a certificate of nomination and participation in the programme. You can find a report on the first presentation of the certificate by the Vice President of the THM here.
