communication and marketing

The communication and marketing working group is a permanent steering team that continuously keeps an eye on the communicative development of the THM and advises the presidium on questions relating to the strategic alignment of communication activities. The THM adopts a broad understanding of the term marketing and, in addition to communication policy, understands it to mean exchange processes and the cultivation of relationships between university members and non-university target and stakeholder groups.

The AG, headed by the President, brings together employees from the central departments who are responsible for events and marketing, press and public relations work, new media and the design of print media.

Members of the Working Group on Communication and Marketing are happy to advise THMmembers on subject-related questions. You will find further notes, information and templates for the individual areas in the navigation on the right-hand side.

Central tasks of the AG Marketing and Communication are:

  • Subject-related advice for THMmembers
  • Formulation of recommendations for the presidium with reference to the strategic orientation of the THM in the field of action "Marketing and Communication"
  • Recommendations for university communication and profile building of the THM
  • Coordination of activities in the context of university communication (offline/digital)
