Biotechnology and biotechnological products are omnipresent in our daily lives, whether in the vast field of medical products such as antibodies and vaccines, or in everyday life as flavorings in food or dietary supplements – and these are just a few examples. Bioreactors are used in the production of such products.

Together, we will explore what a bioreactor is, what it needs to do, and how it can be constructed. Using state-of-the-art VR technology, you will assemble a bioreactor in a virtual reality environment under guidance, bringing the theory to life. In this playful and interactive way, you will discover complex scientific concepts and gain practical insights into a future-oriented field of science.

Since VR technology is mobile, we can also come to your school. However, we require Wi-Fi access and can flexibly tailor the scope of the event. Following the VR session, assembling a laboratory bioreactor would be an additional option. At our location, the program can also be combined with a laboratory tour. We look forward to your interest.
