Can I withdraw from a reservation?

Can I withdraw from a reservation?

When reserving a course with fees in the THM sport offerings, participants are obligated to pay the required fees.
Withdrawal from the weekly course is only possible in writing before the start of the course.
To do this a statement of withdrawal via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. will suffice.

The time relevant for the withdrawal deadline is the receipt of the withdrawal statement. After the course has begun, withdrawal from the course with entitlement to a proportional refund of fees paid is only possible if health reasons are present (by providing a doctor's note). On completion of 25% of the course, we will refund 60% of the course fees, and on completion of 26% -50% of the course we will refund 40% of the course fees. There will be no refunds after 50% of a course has been completed.

For events with individual dates or special events, withdrawal before the start of the event is possible up to one week in advance by written notification. After that, the full fee will be charged.

Regardless when a withdrawal is submitted, participants will be charged a processing fee of € 5 for each course.
If a course is cancelled entirely, all costs will be refunded. Should any sessions be cancelled (e.g. due to an exercise instructor being ill), participants are not entitled to partial or entire refunds of course fees.
