Which Corona regulations apply to sports in Hesse since November 11, 2021?

According to the Landessportbund Hessen e.V. (lsb h), the following currently applies (as of 11/16/2021; freely translated by author, hence accuracy is not guaranteed):

"Currently, recreational and amateur sports are fully permitted on and in all public and private sports facilities, regardless of the number of people. The operation of club and assembly facilities is also possible. In sports facilities, the practice of sports is permitted if there is a hygiene concept specific to the sport in accordance with § 5 of the Ordinance.

In covered sports facilities (indoor areas of sports facilities or halls), only persons with negative proof according to § 3 may be present, i.e. persons who have been vaccinated, have recovered or have been tested according to the requirements of the ordinance.

There have been important changes here since November 11:
Accordingly, a rapid antigen test is no longer sufficient. Adults must now submit a PCR test that is no more than 48 hours old. Exceptions apply to children under 18 and persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons. (...)" (lsb h, 11/16/21).
