Research Profile
My research investigates the competency and capability requirements associated with the adoption and governance of Low-Code/No-Code (LC/NC) platforms in small and medium-sized enterprises and public sector organizations. The objective is to develop and evaluate a multi-level framework that identifies required skills, roles, and organizational capabilities while providing structured guidance for their systematic development and integration across individual, team, and organizational levels.
